Postwise legt officiële Nederlandse brieven in begrijpelijke taal uit, geeft je mogelijke vervolgstappen en een eventuele deadline, en helpt je desgewenst een bezwaarbrief op te stellen.
Belangrijk: Postwise geeft geen juridisch advies en is geen advocaat of gemachtigde. De uitleg wordt gemaakt met kunstmatige intelligentie en kan fouten bevatten of onvolledig zijn. Controleer belangrijke zaken altijd bij de afzender van de brief (de gegevens staan op de brief) of bij een deskundige. Je blijft zelf verantwoordelijk voor je beslissingen en voor het op tijd reageren. Postwise verstuurt nooit iets namens jou; je leest, controleert, ondertekent en verstuurt een bezwaarbrief altijd zelf.
Je maakt een account met je e-mailadres. Houd je toegang voor jezelf. Eén account is voor één persoon. Geef juiste gegevens op.
Je kunt op elk moment maandelijks opzeggen via de opzegknop in je account. Bij opzegging stoppen wij de automatische incasso; er wordt niets meer afgeschreven. Je toegang loopt door tot het einde van de periode die je al hebt betaald. Er vindt geen terugbetaling van de lopende maand plaats.
Als consument heb je normaal gesproken 14 dagen bedenktijd bij een overeenkomst op afstand. Omdat Postwise een digitale dienst is die je direct wilt gebruiken, vragen wij bij het afsluiten je uitdrukkelijke toestemming om meteen te beginnen en erken je dat je daarmee je herroepingsrecht verliest zodra de dienst is geleverd. Wil je toch gebruikmaken van je bedenktijd voordat je begint, mail dan info@postwise.nl. Je kunt daarvoor het modelformulier voor herroeping onderaan gebruiken.
Wij doen ons best om Postwise juist en beschikbaar te houden, maar geven geen garantie dat de uitleg volledig of foutloos is. Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan is onze aansprakelijkheid beperkt tot het bedrag dat je in de laatste drie maanden hebt betaald, en zijn wij niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte schade of gevolgschade. Deze beperking geldt niet bij opzet of bewuste roekeloosheid.
Wij kunnen deze voorwaarden of de prijs wijzigen. Een wijziging kondigen wij vooraf aan. Ben je het niet eens met een prijsverhoging, dan kun je opzeggen voordat die ingaat.
Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Heb je een klacht, mail dan eerst info@postwise.nl. Als consument kun je een geschil ook voorleggen via het Europese ODR-platform.

You create an account with your email address. One account is for one person. Provide accurate details and keep your access to yourself.
A new account gets 1 free scan. After that Postwise costs €5.99 per month (incl. VAT), with fair use of up to 30 letters per month. You pay the first month by iDEAL; after that the amount is collected automatically each month (SEPA direct debit) via Mollie until you cancel. If a collection fails, we may suspend access until payment is made.
You can cancel at any time, monthly, using the cancel button in your account. On cancellation we stop the automatic collection; nothing more is charged. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. The current month is not refunded.
As a consumer you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for a distance contract. Because Postwise is a digital service you want to use immediately, at checkout we ask for your explicit consent to start right away, and you acknowledge that you then lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been delivered.
We do our best to keep Postwise accurate and available but do not guarantee the explanation is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last three months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage. This limit does not apply in case of intent or deliberate recklessness.
We may change these terms or the price, announced in advance; you may cancel before a price increase takes effect. Dutch law applies. For complaints, email info@postwise.nl first; consumers may also use the EU ODR platform.
